1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and six6r ("six6r", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://six6r.org. By creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six6r platform and close your account. These Terms should be read in conjunction with six6r's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on six6r, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on six6r or any affiliated platform.
• You must not reside in, or access the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or entity registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

six6r reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity (CNIC, passport), and address at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your six6r account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, and all communications sent through the platform's support channels.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account, including family members and friends.
• You must hold only one active account on six6r. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances may be voided.
• You must notify six6r immediately via the support team if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all financial details you provide (JazzCash number, Easypaisa account, bank account, USDT wallet address) belong to you and are accurate.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

six6r supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the platform's payment information page and are subject to change.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform policy.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of identity verification.
• six6r does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers (such as USDT network fees) are the user's responsibility.
• six6r reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, or where unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Processing times are indicative only. six6r is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institution delays, or USDT blockchain congestion.

5Bonuses & Promotions

six6r offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and time limits, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• six6r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or colluding behaviour will be voided, and the associated account may be suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per individual, household, device, and payment method.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering compliance, six6r's decision is final.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on six6r are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the platform. General rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. six6r does not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• six6r reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or system malfunction.
• For cricket and PSL betting markets, specific settlement rules (including rules governing rain interruptions, abandonments, and DLS-method results) are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6r and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotions, or coordinated collusion with other members.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors in odds or game configurations.
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the six6r platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of six6r or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of six6r.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• six6r's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• six6r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• six6r is not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity issues on your end; third-party payment provider delays or failures; disruptions to third-party game software; or force majeure events.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10Responsible Gaming

six6r is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you configure to remind you of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from six6r. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

11Amendments & Termination

six6r may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or if six6r determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, its other members, or third parties. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction in which six6r is licensed to operate. For the avoidance of doubt, six6r does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your specific location in Pakistan before using the platform.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of six6r shall first be referred to the six6r customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the jurisdiction of six6r's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
